Kicked us out for checking out an item that we were going to buy. And we were told to leave after not being inside for 2 minutes.

Took payment twice for the same items. When I questioned it the manager assured me he would sort it within the week. I still haven't heard from him and after several phone calls and emails I got the money back seven weeks later because my bank had to sort it. Definitely won't be using Yorkshire Trading again as I don't think they are a trustworthy company

Won't Be Shopping Again, Bought Items Last Week And The Till Wouldn't Print a Reciept. Today I Asked If I Could Swap For The Same Items In Another Colour, All Unused Of Course. They Wouldn't Allow a Straight Swap Even Though I Could Show Sale On My Bank Account and It Was Their Error. Avoid!

Store manager doesn't have a clue, doesn't have a clue.
On busy days he just has one person serving on the tills whilst everyone else is gassing on the shop floor.
I think the store manager needs to go back to working in a petrol station as he clearly isn't capable of running such a large shop.

Absolutely terrible attitude off girl on till .gentleman in his 70s asked for help as he wanted to purchase heavy item. And could he bring car around the back of shop to pick up .she wouldn't let him .this was after id purchased the same item day before .and told bringing the car around the back was not a problem. Her attitude was terrible she should not be working in public hence we won't be back B&m so much better and warmer

An eclectic mix of truly random stuff. Went in to browse and walked out with a pre-lit wicker Rudolph ( yes, i know it's January, but it was half price) and various things I didn't even know I wanted. Would have given them 4 stars, but the reduced [rice dog chews were BB 2021 and even tho its just dog treats, they did look wizened and stale.
