Excellent mature cheddar, strong and tasty, Wallace would have been proud of it (“cheese, Gromit, cheese”)

I don’t like cheese, but I like butter and Wyke Farms butter is excellent. Really tasty. I hadn’t been able to get it for ages but a local shop now carries it so I’ve been having it on lovely hot toasted fresh rolls. Another thing that impressed me was that Wyke Farms don’t support people who fox hunt, or businesses which support hunts on their land, and I was really impressed to read that. They also use animal waste to power their farm rather than the grid. Good recycling. I’m sure their cheese is good by the way. If you like cheese you should probably try it. If you like butter you should definitely try their butter though.

Best cheese I’ve ever had - cheddar vintage and the orange coloured cheddar regular… omg… amazing. It’s ironic because I am from Australia, living in France trying heaps of different cheeses. But the UK Wyke is my favourite wow ?

Bought a piece of Valley spire extra mature cheddar from Lidls which is made by Wyke farms and it had very little flavour and certainly no punch as described on the packaging. Very Poor!
The only answer I can come to, is that mild cheddar has been put in the wrong packaging. I won't buy it again.
