Ordered the festive selection box, went in the week before and my husband had a pork pie, which he said was the best he'd ever tasted.
The festive selection box was terrific value for money, everything was delicious and we then went on to stock up our freezer with their homemade pies and pasties!!!
Will definitely be visiting again very soon!!!

Pork Pie Review: This is not a reflection on the Butchers as a whole but I either had a bad batch or something went horribly wrong with the pies we bought. Soggy bottom & sides, liquid jelly and poor structural integrity... the worst pie I've had so far in our sample of Black country & Birmingham Butchers.

I cannot praise Hill's enough. On a practical level the hygiene is impeccable and the service is top notch. The guys are friendly and always go the extra mile to help out. As for the produce? First rate! The variety is excellent and often cut to order so you know exactly what you're getting. They also do a variety of ready made delicacies including pies, pasties and skewers. And not just your average steak pie but different ingredients to tickle your tastebuds!
In short, a carnivores delight. Highly recommended.
