I have just had a wet room done ST102BD
The team that worked on this at our bungalow were an absolute credit to the company ..I was kept well informed each day and they delivered excellent customer service with company values.
From day 1 to day 10 everything went smooth running ..no mess or anything for me to clean up. This team are absolutely brilliant ..thankyou so much to each and everyone of you ..it's made my life so much easier.

Wrightbuild were sent to my property to carry out woks commissioned by my local council. They used a sthil petrol powered concrete cutter to cut a doorway into the underneath of my stairs, from the front room (red brick dust everywhere). They did not bring 1 single dust sheet, they did not mask the work area off, they did not cover any of the smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, they did not use masks, they did not provide me with a mask. They had their music blasting g, they used my electricity to charge their tools. In the end I refused to let them come back into the house. My local authority had to finish the work, and the local authority employees said that they had been pertaining to get rid of Wright Build, because the had to rectify all the bad workmanship they left. If Wright Build want to sue me because they believe this statement to be untrue, a look forward to going to court and supplying all the evidence to back up this statement

Wright Build (Nick Hall was the project manager) have just installed a wet room in my parents house in Biddulph (conversion of a small downstairs toilet into a full access wet room). We are super happy with the job that has been done from the design to installation. With very little input from ourselves the design is perfect for the 90 year olds to access and the job and finish is very aesthetically pleasing too. Two specific areas that have particularly pleased us are 1) The area outside the new wet room was nicely plastered and finished and everything was left ready to use 2) The work was done around our 90+ year old parents and their carers with very little disruption or inconvenience to their lives whilst it was going on.

I'm absolutely made up with my fantastic new kitchen.
The finish is excellent standard , quality exceptional.
Same to be said of all the team of professionals who conducted the specialities in professions to complete a wonderful new kitchen
Consideration was taken into account for all my special requirements.
Pleasant workmen, thoroughly completed leaving clean and ready to go.
Nothing was a problem whilst work completed ,and follow up by managers throughout till completion excellent Feedback and any follow up if required promptly acknowledged.

Happy,100% satisfied and enjoying using my kitchen ,in such pleasant areas with plenty of workspace and cupboards.

Just had my kitchen done Excellent trades men a credit to your company long time since I've seen a job run so smoothly large kitchen was ripped out and a new one in plus plumbing tiling, painting and a new floor all in 4 days even moved and reconnected all my appliances also left clean and tidy once again we'll done and thanks to all the lads that worked on my kitchen

The workers say they'll be on site for 8am then arrive approx 9am then disappear to get building materials 10:30 ish arrive back on site 45 mins later sits in van on phone cursing to himself.The workers idea of overtime is if they are still on site at 14:00

Hi, we recently had a wet room done by your company, through our housing association Your Housing. We are so happy with the work. Your boys did a fabulous job. They were a lovely bunch of fellas. We required a wet room to be built for my wife who has MS, this involved altering our original kitchen and creating a new kitchen in a reoriented layout, by taking the lower part of the living room and the lower part of the original kitchen the required space was created, from planning to completion we were kept informed of every step, good communication and regular updates and any questions we may have had answered.
We stayed at a hotel while the dirty and wet work went on (walls down / plastering) the builders took great care to contain the dust to the area being worked on, when we came back they had cleaned and cleared everything away so as to allow access to the through floor lift for my wife. When the wet room was completed they fitted our new kitchen having first installed all the light and socket wiring and the plumbing requirements, again we were kept updated with any issues that may arise, these were resolved quickly and efficiently, the builders were polite and accommodating and payed attention to the needs of my wife and her illness, we are very pleased with the standard and finish of our project, we would recommend Wright Build.
