Absolutely marvelous! We took the factory tour, had a “Classic” Tea, then toured the V&A Museum. James and Peter our guides for the tours were outstanding and very knowledgeable. Leanne, who assisted use with our purchases was very helpful, patient with us, knowledgeable regarding shipping options. An unalloyed delight! We spent the entire day, learned a great deal and will be back for a pottery class!

We are incredibly grateful for Angela’s outstanding customer service. My mother and I came a few weeks ago. From start to finish, she has gone above and beyond to support us with care, professionalism, and genuine warmth. Her attention to detail, prompt communication, and willingness to assist at every step made the entire process feel seamless. It’s rare to find someone so committed and thoughtful - thank you, Angela, for being such a valuable part of this experience. We truly appreciate you!

I’ve been visiting the tea room at World of Wedgwood since childhood, and it continues to be a favorite of mine. While the afternoon tea remains a highlight, I was pleasantly surprised by how exceptional the fish and chips were on my most recent visit. I frequently recommend World of Wedgwood to close friends and family—it truly never disappoints.

The tour was excellent, we had a very knowledgeable and informative guide. Lovely to see the skilled work still being practiced in this part of the world.
We also had a light lunch which consisted of a very pleasant tomato soup, lovely sandwiches and a bottle of great tea.
All in all, it was a good visit.

A top class museum to explore if you want to know anything about the Wedgwood family business and their amazing creativity from the late 17 hundreds to today .

After exploring the time line and seeing beautiful show cases of all their work from cream and jasper ware to cameos and vases then you can pop into the tea room or shops.

I recommend the Blue pagoda tea . It has a fruity flavour and a lovely mango aroma. The coffees are very good too with options for oat milk .

I have also had afternoon tea with friends to celebrate a birthday .It's quite pricey but you will enjoy the surroundings and the ambiance as well as the fantastic cakes and sandwiches. A real treat !

1hr taster session:
I had the most incredible time at the afternoon pottery taster session! The whole experience was absolutely amazing, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Lindsey. She was an absolute gem – patient, knowledgeable, and so encouraging throughout the entire session. The way she guided me through each step of the pottery process was fantastic. The best part? It turned out I was the only student that afternoon (I guess Tuesdays are a little quieter). So, I got a private lesson in pottery – talk about VIP treatment! I was able to come away feeling proud of what I was able to accomplish, I would highly recommend this taster class if you want a little taster of pottery or just want to fill an hour with something fun!!!
