Interesting shop, full of gifts and plants and beautifully laid out. So much to look at. Reasonably priced too. A real find. Will definitely be somewhere I will go when looking for a plant type gift. Stunning flowering plants outside. You can buy anything from socks to David Austin Roses to jade rollers for your skincare regime to cushions and blankets. Parking nearby.

Very well stocked place! Great choice of gardening essentials and plants! All plants in the centre looked very healthy and of good quality. The staff where very friendly and helpful in helping me locate a item. Prices where very reasonable definitely recommend.

My oh my what a gem of a store. I managed to visit during their January sake. There are loads of ideas for home decor to be found. I have to commend the staff for conscientious service. Absolutely visit if your nearby.

I bought an egg chair in the sale, excellent service, an assistant lent me a tape measure so I could see if it would fit in my car. It didn't, so arranged delivery which arrived well within time window with pleasant, friendly delivery driver. (The chair is already being greatly enjoyed.)

I recently visited Capital Gardens Berkhamsted as I wanted to purchase a magnolia they had range to choose from and was very happy with my plant, I also noticed they sell seed potatoes loose, to which I have never seen that before so well done. There are abundance of Rose's to choose from so will definitely visit again, the centre was neat and tidy and very pleasing to the eye. The service I received was excellent, staff very friendly and approachable would definitely recommend to my friends and family

A good selection of plants/ bulbs for a small site. Staff are incredibly helpful and readily available to provide advice.
Always a real pleasure to shop here. Good value for a small independent...........who need our continued support.

Lovely local independent garden centre with lots of gift ideas, and a great selection of seasonal plants and flowers. Extensive stock of garden tools, lawn care products, BBQ equipment, garden furniture and other sundries. Recommended.

I was spoken to in an outrageously rude manner by a member of staff because I wanted to return some faulty Christmas lights. When I asked to speak to the manager apparently no one could find her! Another customer even came up to me to remark on how rude, aggressive and impatient the sales assistant had been and congratulated me on my patience. I have put my concerns in an an email to Capital Gardens but I am still waiting for some kind of reply. Don’t use this shop if you expect any decent customer service. I don’t think that anyone in a shop has ever been that rude to me!
