Went here to pick up a DPD parcel. I was told to look for it myself & eventually found it amongst the disorganised piles of stuff at the back of the shop. Then the barcode didn't work. The information on my phone matched the details on the parcel but the gentleman couldn't get the barcode to work. I tried to contact DPD on my phone but of course there is no easy way to do that. The gentleman kept saying he couldn't do anything about it so I told him to send the parcel back.

After contacting DPD by phone at home I went back to the shop 2 days later to let the man know what I had found out & something that he should already know - that if the barcode doesn't work he can accept 2 forms of id.

I went into the shop - with 2 forms of id - & asked if he still had my parcel. He was very verbally aggressive shouting he had sent it back, he didn't have it, he had nothing to talk about with me. I tried to say that I had some information that could help him but he just kept shouting at me. He was extremely rude & unhelpful & certainly doesn't win any customer service awards.
I would definitely suggest you have your parcels delivered elsewhere.

I've been going there often, never had any problems with the shopkeepers and its a great place to go to if you live near there considering it's less expensive than the co-op right next door. It stores popular brands so no worries about off-brand candy or drinks.

Terrible TERRIBLE Customer service, I have really bad eyesight and simply asked the shopkeeper to help me find an item, he then began to scream at me for 20 seconds. Screaming “THERE, NEXT NEXT”. After said 20 seconds he then told me to leave the shop?!?!? So not only could I not get the item I wanted, but I also had to endure such embarrassment. If he’s treated me like this, I wonder how he treats the poor old folk that come to the store. Very disappointed would never recommend. Such mean and nasty staff, seems like their apparently too good for certain peoples money. Disgusted. If I could I would give them 0 stars…
