Stayed for a lovely two night break. Could not fault anything. Everything that we required was provided. We took breakfast one of the days. Lots of choices were available, very nicely presented and cooked. The area of the farm is very peaceful although you are a mile down the road from the very picturesque village of Osmotherley with three pubs and a cafe which all serve food. The host Paul also advised of other local places for meals, therefore lots of choices for dining out. The area is idea for walking. We went to Thirsk races which was 8 miles away. However we enjoyed being able to return to the peace and quiet when required. All in all a very enjoyable few days. We would definitely recommend this accomodation and look forward to returning in the future.

It would be difficult to fault Woodlands Farm!|Every need for the traveller had been taken into consideration, the accommodation was perfect with a beautiful well equipped bathroom with both bath and separate shower, extremely comfortable bed, lovely Beaver Oak furniture made in nearby Thirsk, |Oak pegged roof truss, beams, and oak strip flooring. The overall cleanliness was impeccable. |More than ample tea, coffee and chocolate, (and chocolates !!) in the room..|Paul Callin accommodated us with a continental breakfast on both mornings of our stay. |Paul was a perfect host, very informative, and showing an interest in his guests. |We must mention that a competitively priced wine list is on offer of which we availed ourselves. |An ideal short stay. Having family now living locally we will be back.|Thank you very much.

Amazing place to stay. Space is decorated to a very high spec, no expense spared to make this a luxury option for anyone staying locally. The space is immaculate and has all the mod cons you might need and feels very big with high ceilings. Paul is an excellent host and very interesting too. He made me feel very welcome and treated me like a VIP. Breakfast was 5 star. Quality ingredients, tasty food, michelin presentation with generous portions. I also benefited from Tesla destination charging and the cost to stay for all that was very reasonable. I'll be back!

Stayed in the Middleton Suite which provided fantastic home from home accommodation for our three night stay. Great location for touring the North Yorkshire Moors and East Coast and it wasn't too far to get across to the eastern side of the Dales. Very clean, modern accommodation with all the necessities for a stay away provided. Great hosts who gave us loads of advice as to where to eat out and tour during the day. Wonderful breakfast to get us going in the morning and lots of contact before our trip to ensure we found the location easily and everything was set for our arrival. Would definitely stay again!!

Absolutely adored this B&B; in a quiet area with lovely country views and very comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. My room was impeccably clean and well stocked with teas and coffees to keep me happy and warm. Paul & Amy were amazing hosts. I cannot say enough great things about Amy's breakfast offerings, which were very delicious and filling and worth every penny! 100% recommend. Look forward to staying here again.

With three friends, we booked all four rooms for four nights whilst walking in the area. Located in a beautiful, tranquil location on the edge of Thimbleby.
The accomodation was of an exceptionally high standard, offering space, comfort and cleanliness.
A choice of breakfast options of quality and a packed lunch which I considered to be very good value.
I always rate the overall quality of a place with: "Would I stay there again"?
Of course I would.

Perfect B&B, beautiful and comfortable rooms. Paul is a great host and cook. Locally sourced tasty breakfast. Everything is immaculate. The Farm is quiet and peaceful yet close enough to main roads to make it easy to get too.
