Beautiful place to stay with stunning views. Room was immaculate & the breakfast was probably one of the best I've had in any of the places I've ever stayed. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming & helpful. I'd recommend this for a place to stay to anyone.

We were scheduled to stay here and were looking forward to our visit. We love a good B&B, and by all accounts Woodcaulfelds House is a good B&B. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short and hurry back to Edinburgh. The hosts were very gracious and helpful when we had to cancel with short notice. We will definitely stay here our next trip through.

We booked this accommodation as I wanted to be close to my family in a neighbouring village. First impressions did not disappoint, the grounds were lovely and very well maintained. Debbie greeted us and allowed us to check in despite us being early! Everything about the accommodation was lovely and very tastefully furnished/decorated. Our room no 2 was absolutely huge and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice and set us up each day. I cannot believe how Debbie manages to maintain high standards as it appears she worked on her own whilst we were there! We are truly grateful for her hospitality and have already and will continue to recommend. Thank you Debbie for a wonderful stay, we loved your home. Reluctant to say just how lovely this place is as it might then be too busy to accommodate us!
Biggest room in a UK BnB or hotel I've ever seen. Great breakfast and wonderfully accommodating owners, even willing to set the breakfast room up so we might eat a takeaway.

We selected this B&B based on other reviews and we were not disappointed. ||The B&B is situated in a very picturesque setting, which provides for a relaxed atmosphere.||The rooms are large, especially the bathroom. Breakfast is delicious and there is a wide choice - a good start to the day. Debbie is very friendly and helpful.||This B&B is thoroughly recommended as a base for exploring southern Scotland

A hidden gem

We stayed in a family room at Woodcockfaulds Farm B&B for an Autumn half-term break with our five-year old and had a wonderful and very comfortable stay. Our room was very large with two super comfortable double beds and was equipped with a smart TV, tea/coffee making facilities, plenty of storage space and even a fridge. The bathroom was huge and we were supplied with lots of quality towels. The B&B is very clean throughout and was always cosy and warm to return to after a wet and windy day of sightseeing. There's also plenty of secure parking. We enjoyed some lovely breakfasts including the most delicious eggs from the farm's own hens. Debbie was a great host and was always very welcoming, friendly and helpful - thank you very much for looking after us so well! We can highly recommend Woodcockfaulds Farm B&B!
