Paid for pre 10.30am for important delivery which DPD failed as he didn't understand where to deliver at our premises (see photo's quite ridiculous )
Called Wood Finishes direct for help, sent them emails which they just ignored. Still haven't got my delivery. Useless the pair of them 🙁

I have used this company a few times now and they always offer a fantastic service. There customer service especially is the best out there and the delivery is always very quick. I also love the free delivery on orders over £30.Great range of products at very fair prices. This company is simply miles ahead of others out there.

I spoke to a brilliant lady called Gergina from Kent I believe she said. Gergina helped advised me on my decking. She was extremely knowledgeable and best advised me on what products to use and when to use them. Really lovely to see such good customer service in action.. in a world where everything is done through a computer or AI was really refreshing to have someone at the end of the phone.

I visited the Folkestone store yesterday and really couldn’t decide what to do about a purchase. Dearest Rosie was absolutely amazing, extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly and patient.
Rosie advised a certain product and the do’s and don’ts she was spot on with her knowledge so a giantest thank you ☺️
