Simply put the best butcher in Bristol. We have been working closely with Paul for the last year and I can honestly hand on heart say he and his wonderful staff have not put a foot wrong. We regularly challenge him to get us some less common items or needing stuff at the drop of a hat and he always comes up trumps. Not only is the service second to none but the meat quality is fantastic. Paul know his stuff and you can really tell that the care for his craft translates in to perfection every time. To top it all off his prices are the best you'll find around. We count ourselves very lucky to be able to work with Paul and serve our customers his fantastic produce
