Lovely little place to fish at a good price. Bailiffs were very helpful. Caught plenty of silvers and a couple of carp. There's enough parking spaces, and the pegs were in good condition. The only downside for me was that a nearby fisherman had music blaring out.

Peaceful beautiful place for fishing with small top pond stocked with tench, carp, perch, roach, bream. Bottom biger pond stocked with Carp, Roach, Rudd, Tench, Perch, Bream, Barbel.

Easy to access via the road at the top car park at the bottom only a short walk to the 2 ponds first been a little pond brilliant for kids then down to the main dam plenty of fish in both ponds its free for kids under 12 then £3 for 1 rod per adult would definitely recommend a visit

5 stars based on my quick 3 hour session and a walk round and meeting 2 of the bailiffs that were pleasant lads to chat to and get some local knowledge of the place... Well set out pegs in lower lake, I only fished the top pond with corn and had some nice roach and some skimmers up to about a lb or so, was after tench really, but also to learn about the place, google maps takes you to very top car park, but go down the white stone road to the lower car park for those visiting first time, first impressions, well ran and maintained old lake, makes a nice change from commercials, looking forward to going back when its warmed up abit..!
