Couldn't come up with enough excuses why he couldn't help me. If he put that effort in to his job he might be useful. Went elsewhere, got the help I needed and bought from them instead.

UPDATE: Customer Support Centre Team (note the UK spelling!), I have already emailed you and your branch manager has responded. I got the parts I needed from another supplier. Part that are fairly common that even Toolstation and Screwfix also stock. Past that, I really don't care for Wolseley's branch and it's up to you to fix your problems. I did you the curtesy of emailing you already and I have no interest in helping you further.
