I'd been going to this place for over a year. My French Bulldog was having soft palate surgery recently so I needed 'soft' food. Bought TINS of complete food for her. My little girl died whilst in the recovery room. The next day I phoned asking if I could have a refund after explaining what had happened with my dog and was told 'yes' by the woman who I was told was the boss. I took the dog food back a couple of days later and spoke to a man and was told 'no refund' as once the food had left the shop it couldn't be re-sold. I doubt given that the food was TINNED it would have been compromised in any way rendering it unfit for re-sale!! I explained I'd spoken to the woman who was the boss and he said it was his wife. I was told by the guy that in 20 years he had never issued a refund and he seemed very pleased with himself about that. Disgusting way to treat a bereaved and grieving pet owner. If I could give zero stars I would.

This was my first visit, super friendly service and good prices. I make my own raw food for 2 bengal cats. Despite advertising for dogs this business has all the ingredients to make great cat food too. Will be back!

Always a friendly welcome. Great knowledge of the products and a great range to choose from. Excellent prices and good quality. All dietary needs catered for. Our dogs have been on it since pups and obviously I'd recommend it or I wouldn't buy it. Sample packs available. Can also have home delivery.
