A beautiful green and pleasant space, in the heart of the city! We had delicious lunch, bought gorgeous plants for our gardens and generally had a delightful afternoon. Lots for our 4 year old to enjoy and really so lovely just to wander around the place. I am curious to try the sauna and plunge pool and will definitely return, we love you Windmill Farm!

Been coming here since I was a child. It’s a lovely escape from city life and has some cute farm animals and lots of things for kids to do. If you don’t have kids, it’s brilliant to just have a walk around and to just enjoy the environment! My work team recently went for a ‘work day out’ where we hired the orchard out for food and drinks for a few hours. It was great fun and the staff were really accommodating.

Fantastic place to visit with lots to do for free. Amazing gardens, lovely animals and a great cafe! They’ve also got some excellent event spaces to hire out for very reasonable prices. We had a party for our 4 year old in the barn terrace and it was fab!

I went to visit for the first time yesterday, and it's truly such a great place. Lots to see and do, and great for all ages. It is just a bit difficult to find parking nearby, but that's the same for most places in Bristol.

A stunningly beautiful and happy community space. A true haven from the city surrounding it.

The gardens and paddocks are tranquil. It makes you proud to be a Bristolian yet transports you out of the city whilst you’re there.

It’s impossible to feel unhappy here.

I will be back to try the delights from the onsite cafe.

We went there with our toddler on a weekday as the weather was good, so he could see the animals there.

The place doesn't look bad, so I was expecting to see all the animals they say they have on their website, but the only ones we saw were a few goats, ducks, rabbits (these ones were at the beginning of the farm) and a couple of cows. I don't know if we went on a bad time (it was morning) or if because of the cold, they don't have the animals outside.

It would be helpful if they let the people know somewhere if the animals are going to be outside or not, so the people can decide if is worth it going there that day, because if we knew that only a few animals were going to be outside, we wouldn't do a 2 bus trip to go to the farm.
