Had an amazing time today doing the Highland Cow Experience. Unfortunately the weather was really bad so we could only meet the baby cows as they were inside, but we were invited to come back on another day to meet the adult cows and do the walk which we didn’t expect and thought was very kind of the company😊 The staff member who did the experience with us was really nice and very knowledgable about the cows and answered any questions we had. Had a great experience, and looking forward to coming back again when the weather is hopefully a bit better!!

We visited Willow Tree Farm a couple of weeks ago and had the absolute best time. We did the highland cow experience with Sam (owner) she gave good information about the cows and where they came from previously. Meeting the babies Nelly & Noel being able to get up close and personal with them. We even received a gift to take away with us! Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience and we will be booking to come back soon.

Just wow
What a fabulous experience, all the staff we met were super friendly and very knowledgable.
The cows are well looked after and we got to see other animals too.
Manager was lovely, and took us to the main barn for a cream tea which was just amazing.

Absolutely loved my highland cow experience! Got to cuddle some lambs, walk the cows and feed them carrots whilst learning all about the different animals ☺️ A perfect day in the sun!

Unfortunately they have very bad management here. They advertised a Highland cow experience £15 and £25 with cream teas. I thought my children would love this I get some money weds will book that up. A day later they decided to double the price to £25 and £50 with cream teas absolutely disgusting. When I asked about carer passes and the pricing they ignored the carer passes and said they did it to stop people booking? So some people have booked in at £15 others booked in at£25 not knowing the original prices. This is wrong and when I questioned on their page instead of actually admitting they made a mistake and will rectify it they decided to block me so I have no option to write about it in my reviews and on my vlog

An absolutely stunning destination for any getaway. We had twelve of us staying (including kids) and were extremely comfortable, never tripping over each other.

Immaculately kept indoors and outside, with subtle but beautiful decoration, every room was spacious and comfortable, light and airy. Everything was working perfectly, and it seems that every possible eventuality was thought of. While we enjoyed cooking on the AGA oven, we loved that there was also a traditional oven available for those who wanted to use it.

The kitchen in general is very well stocked with tools and utensils, and there is enough dining space for a huge number of people, whether sitting indoors or out.

There are entertainments and amenities all around - huge gardens, a climbing frame and swings for the kids, lots of games and books left around. Although we had plenty of excursions planned, we honestly could have just stayed at Willow Tree Farm for the whole time and been perfectly satisfied!

The master bedroom has a lovely en-suite, the upstairs has a huge and brilliant Jacuzzi air-bath (which was a HUGE hit with the kids!), and even a sheltered hot-tub just outside near the barbecue area.

The site does have Wi-Fi - enough to check emails and do some basic web browsing, but probably not strong enough for heavy streaming or significantly shared use. However, for being somewhere so rural, its as good as you could get really (not that you’re going to need to spend time online while at Willow Tree Farm).

The only downside to our stay was we wish we were still there, having a cup of tea, sitting on the grass, listening to the goats and chickens nearby - but all good things have to come to an end!

We stayed at Willow Tree Farm for my friends hen do at the weekend and it was PERFECT! The team were so incredibly helpful and shared so many catering options and extras - we ended up going for authentic paella and tapas which was delicious! It was perfect for our big group of ladies!
