Both my children have had their school meals from here over their 'primary school' life. Not had a bad word from either of them. Especially the dessert. Nice theme weeks!!
Staff are accommodating if a deadline has been missed. ( Which I have done from time to time). If a meal needs to be cancelled or rearranged, provided they are given 48 hours notice, this can be done and a credit note added for the next week's order. Brilliant!

Limited variety of food, no flexibility if the children don’t like the food, really small portions, the food itself is pretty disgusting, staff are rude and not at all accommodating.

My children are good eaters, they like all foods, one eats a lot whereas the other prefers a much smaller portion, and yet, the portions offered are leaving my children hungry. It’s not just my children either, other parents have complained about the tiny portions of food, and many of them also only eat a smaller portion of food at home. Our complaints have been vastly ignored or have been responded to with very snippy, short replies.

Many of the parents at our small school have had complaints about the quality of food from our children which is concerning, and many of the children have said they don’t like the food, my non picky eaters included.

When we parents have complained to the company, (individually), we have been told the children receive the government guidelines amount of food - a pathetic excuse to starve our children. It’s about time this terrible company listened to the parents and actually fed our children.

I truly wish the school hadn’t picked this food chain company, it’s a shame the last independent food provider retired.

If your child is KS2 or above, don’t waste your money.

Visited today - saw the lovely dinners being cooked , and talked with the owners about what goes into them! Great stuff, keep up the good work. Children need proper food. Had some Flapjack on the journey home - wow!

Not good customer service. Insisting on deadlines that should be flexible due to some jumped up sense of importance rather than actual reason's. I hope my sons school provider is changed soon.

Would not allow me to order my sons meals so he had to have food he doesn't like and apparently a lot of the food isn't always cooked properly

Willoughby foods provide such an excellent service my son loves his school dinners, and i am ever grateful for the fantastic staff who deal with unorganized parents like me with cheerful kindness, they cant do enough to help, makes such a difference to speak to someone happy on the other end of the phone.
