We have used Williams of Bordon to deliver 10mm certified top soil via grab lorry. Our location is not the easiest to access so this ruled out tipper lorry delivery.

I received a call from the driver - Simon - ahead of the first delivery to confirm the location etc. Simon proved to be excellent - very skilled in operating the grab in a confined location. After the first delivery Simon took the time to propose and suggest options as to how they could most effectively deliver the future loads that we needed. It was comforting to learn that Simon would handle all our deliveries.

Our initial expectation was that would we need around 150 tonnes but it soon became apparent that we would need around double this. When I called the office they were similarly helpful and managed to increase the number of deliveries that they could make to us in a day which meant we could maximise our progress to make full use of the contractors and plant that we had onsite.

As luck would have it, having just got extra deliveries arranged we then received an apocalyptic weather warning where all my contractors were warning me it would be too wet to work and that I should rearrange the deliveries for another day. I called the office and they were very understanding and agreed to reschedule.

Excellent service from pro-active and highly skilled staff who can respond rapidly change and find solutions. What more could you ask for?

Outstanding service, would not hesitate to use again. Very professional driver, Mark, dropped the load within inches of where asked him to. Nothing was too much trouble
