Went to get a hydraulic hose made up at the ricall branch, very helpful and quick turn around, did it whilst I waited too. Would use again

Rang them about an engineer to come out and have a look at a digger that had fuel problems. They took details but did not come back. Rang them the following day and she said that she would pass the message on and someone will call me. I'm still waiting 6 days later. A total waste of time. If they can't be bothered to help then why not say so. Will never call them again.
