What a haven of tranquility. Thank you Sally and Tom for pouring so much love into this land. I’ve had the pleasure of being at Wild things farm a few times and each time I come back renewed and revived. The restored marshland is remarkable. So much diversity. It just goes to show what can be achieved with love and respect for nature. It truly is full of wild things. I had the exquisite pleasure of listening to otters splashing about in the river. This is what all of Somerset could be like.
There has clearly been a review posted to the wrong place below. Must be for the neighbours who have horses. So ignore that.
Thanks Tom and Sally for your wonderful hospitality and open hearts, that together create a little slice of heaven.
Xxx

UPDATE
on the review on wild things farm
I’ve spoken to the owners of the farm

If you saw my past review with the videos of the altercation it wasn’t them. It was their neighbouring farm
which was claiming their part of the wild things farm WHEN THEY WAS NOT

which is where the confusion has come in and which is why I’m updating the review

The wild things farm staff is completely different to the lady in the past review
(Which is now removed)

A little piece of heaven. My son learned about wild flowers, made a bonfire, and came home happily exhausted. Thank you Sal for sharing this special place with us.

Wild Things Farm is a special place, that has become very important to me over the last couple of years being lucky enough to build a relationship with the generous land and family who steward it. It is a rare place where the stressors of 'busy' life easily melt away and deep nature connection is possible. I've learned so much about respect and consideration for nature, through wildlife and conservation activities, community gatherings, and personal reflection time. A beautiful varied landscape, woodland, river, meadows, glades and many more than human friends, and old wise trees to befriend. Thank you!

This is truly special wild place, gently held by great people who farm the land and offer it up for people to engage with nature and each other. I've had the pleasure of eating produce Tom and Sally have grown, stayed here and had some great nature based experiences with friends. It's quite the resource! x
