We called the week before we wanted to move and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Booking was very easy, they arrived at the scheduled time and packed up our house very quickly. On the other side, unpacking couldn’t have been less stress free, they took care of everything and placed all our furniture in the rooms we wanted. We were fortunate enough to find white glove at very short notice and I don’t think there are words to describe how incredible this team is. John, Sebastian, you both worked tirelessly and made what was otherwise an incredibly stressful day feel mostly painless. When plans changed and times moved, you were adaptable, kind and hugely reassuring as well as respectful and careful with our belongings. Alex and another man (so sorry I didn’t get his name) came to the rescue at the end of the day when we needed extra help and even when my garden furniture leaked rainwater on to my sofa (our own fault) your guy came in with a cleaning spray and scrubbed it all clean and dry - talk about going the extra mile!
All my furniture was taken apart and reassembled (with no instructions!) perfectly and put in the new house exactly as requested. No job was too big, and all done with good humour and a smile.

We have used White Glove removal company as they were recommended by friends who had amazing experience with them and gosh am I pleased I did the same. They helped us move 3 bedroom house ( all furniture, clothing etc) and guys were super professional, on time and packed and up and moved everything within 4 hours! Absolutely amazing service! I booked White Glove Surrey to help me pack and move house at the weekend. It was absolutely brilliant service and I very highly recommend them. Alex gave me a quote within a few hours of enquiring and then checked in with me the day before the move and was with me at the exact time we'd arranged for the move to start on the day. Alex and his colleague were ultra professional, careful and precise and super efficient. They packed and moved all of our stuff so well. I would use Alex and White Glove Surrey again in a heartbeat if I needed anything moving and I highly recommend using the packing service as well.
