Visited Top Pots today and received a warm welcome from the Owner who showed excellent customer service skills. I came out empty handed as the Rosemary plants were not yet ready for sale. I will certainly return and purchase some. An interesting nursery and worth a visit. Thank you. Tim.

We called up this morning to try and get hold of some compost and seeds. I had seen someone had recommended this place on Spotted in Hertford and hadn't heard of it before. Great customer service and click and collect avoiding all contact. Can't wait to go back and have a proper look around when things get back to normal.

Very helpful staff, great selection of plants and reasonable prices. It's mainly a plant nursery rather than a garden centre so don't expect all of the overpriced tat you get in some garden centres. The best place to buy plants in the area 🙂

I visited at the end of the summer and there was still quite a selection of plants to add some colour to garden which is unusual for most nurseries... Good selection of perennials and I picked up a couple of of hostas that I have never seen before stocked elsewhere. Its not a swanky garden centre it's more like a nursery but you can find a lot of the other things you find at garden centres there also. I. E feeds, aggregates, supports, seeds etc. It's also set in a beautiful lakeside location with lots of facilities so you can get lunch overlooking the lakes as part of your visit. Will make sure I get there earlier in the season next year and sure I won't be disappointed.

Been in north Herts for three years sorry I have only just discovered this nursery. Good range of well-kept plants, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
