We went to the Halloween trail on our way back to Bristol from holidaying in Devon. My children loved it! Great value and a really peaceful walk through your beautiful farm. My children loved the spooky decorations and I loved the creativity that was shown in how they had been made. Wish we lived nearer and could come to more of your events.

What a great place. I spent a year or so helping out at the farm recently. The land, the ethos, and the people involved are all lovely.
Whatever aspect of the diverse activities draws you there - from a wander to a wedding - at the heart of it all lies good care; for the animals, the people, and the beautiful Devon hills the farm is nestled within.

We just had our wedding at West Town Farm and it couldn't have been more perfect.

Having had my 40th birthday party at the farm a few years ago we knew straight away when we got engaged that we wanted to have our wedding there. We loved that the barn is enormous, there's great outside space if the weather is good and loads of space for everyone to camp. We also knew that working with Grace again would mean that we could plan everything we wanted for our special day.

Grace is very amenable to ideas, proactive, calm (when you are feeling stressed), responsive and really fun to work with.

On the day itself Grace and her team worked so hard to ensure that it ran smoothly and we hardly noticed their presence.

When we booked we got a list of suppliers and people that they have worked with before, this was really helpful as it initially felt very overwhelming. Ritual event design work closely with the farm and did the beautiful decoration for us - it was amazing and what our friends keep mentioning.

There is nothing that we can fault - highly recommend the farm as a rustic wedding venue and we can't wait to hold our next event there.

We went to a celebration about the apple harvest.
We heard stories and picked and collected apples and then washed them and cut them up for in small sections for apple pressing. Then we all had a go at turning the pressing wheel and shared the juice afterwards.
Help yourself Drinks were provided and some home made apple flapjacks, all we had to do was to make small donation towards the cost.
We learnt about some of the apple varieties and we got to taste them.
There is a farm shop as well, produce sold is mainly organic.
Also a camping site too.
The toilets were well serviced and clean with running hot water.
The day was set up for young families and there was a chance to make your own clay apples. The clay was from the farm.
A great well organised event in spite of the heavy rain.
Luckily the Farm has a very pleasant barn, where a lot of the activities were held.

I had the most wonderful stay at West Town Farm in the Shepherds Hut! Every single thing is so well thought out. Just as I was thinking ‘oh I wish I had a hot water bottle’ , there was two in the trunk - the team really go that extra mile when thinking about their guests.
The kitchen was well equipped and so easy to use. The instructions left on how to use the gas hob was very easy to follow.
The bathroom was great, a hot shower never felt so good!
The bed was so comfortable, and a gentle fire in the burner at night made it extra cosy.
The price was fantastic, I have stayed at other places of similar cost but this was valid for money. If you want to escape to the country for a peaceful, mind reset - this is the place for you.

We hired Westtown Farm for our wedding last July and it was amazing. Grace and Lisa guided us through the whole thing and on the day Lisa was so amazing, taking control of operations and doing what we would never even thought to have done!
They whole venue was very laid back and the surroundings are beautiful.
It will always be a special place for us.
