I've been coming to West End Farm MOT for a few years now and have always been beyond happy with the service I receive.

As a woman, garages can be a bit of a minefield but I always have a positive experience each time I visit. I've never felt 'conned' or overcharged. I genuinely trust their advice and their customer service is second to none. I'd 100% recommend this garage and wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I cannot thank West End Garage enough! After suddenly realising my MOT had expired and I start my new job Monday I frantically started calling around all local garages! Really impressed with West End Farm MOT Ltd. This was my first time using their service after a friend recommended them to me and I was not disappointed. They were able to fit me in on short notice and did a great job servicing my car. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend their services.

This garage is awful now. Service is terrible. They won't update you on work or will say they will call back and never do.

Kept my vehicle for a week and would only tell me what the hell was going on when i physically turned up at their door. They completed repairs I never asked for and still charged me full price + labour for the privilege. They then removed all locknuts from my wheels and replaced them with normal nuts without telling me and only informed me after I came back and queried where they had gone.

I feel absolutely scammed. Avoid this place!
