Really enjoying the meals and getting use out of my slow cooker again. Can Cook/ Well Fed meals are so quick and easy to prepare and leaving you to concentrate on other things. And so economical! Favourite so far is the beef massaman 😋 Friendly service from the team every time. The extra bonus are the compostable bags they come in. Well done team Can Cook / Well-Fed! I used to use your service (was introduced by my housing association) we had a 12 week offer to use well fed and was very impressed with what I had delivered to me . Always fresh tasty and a very heathy option , easy to prepare easy to cook and very very tasty . Since the end of the offer period I have been very ill and have been back in touch with yourselves to hopefully get back to being a very satisfied happy and heather customer (fingers crossed) .

I have eaten Well Fed / Can Cook’s food on a number of occasions and found it to be really varied and delicious.

Most recently I had one of their Cook at Home meals which was fantastic. All the ingredients together with easy to follow instructions - what could be better. I am no cook but even I turned the raw ingredients into a yummy meal in no time at all.

I just cooked the chicken fajita meal. Delicious! East to follow recipes with everything colour coded and measured. Recipe card included. I have a sausage casserole and some beef koftas to try next! Thank you Christchurch C of E School Moreton Wirral for my free healthy food box! Can recommend
