Disappointing customer service when taking a parcel to their drop off point. Refused to accept the parcel as it was "too big" (without measuring the parcel or telling me the acceptable measurements), even though it was within the acceptable limits for Evri (and Evri directed us to use this store) and the parcel fitted easily in the drop box. The gentlemen I dealt with was dismissive and rude. Another small store took the parcel with no fuss.

Mostly great service except the old lady who has no idea of customer service everytime you ask for a bag she chucks on counter with no intentions of helping even when there a cue ,she is very miserable like she doesn't want to be there I avoid this garage if se is on duty as service over road at cost cutters isuch nicer and helpfull
