Lovely day out. Small tour of the vineyards and history.

Great tour with knowledgeable guides who tell you all the history of not only the vineyard but also the heritage of the grapes. The tasting offers generously sized tipples so best not to drive here to enjoy fully.
Have to say the Rose was my favourite so purchased a take away bottle plus new to their experience some chocolate truffles even though we didn't get to sample them first they are very pretty and bound to be delicious 😋

So lucky to have this lovely vineyard on our doorstep! Had a great time on one of their tour and tasting sessions and recently purchased the delicious Ophelia Cuvee via their click and collect service, which has just started. Very easy ordering process and great to be able to pick up our order in time for the weekend.

Not only a very pale coloured Pinot Noir but also very light in flavour. It was barely worth pouring a glass such was the low flavour profile. Bottle was left over half full as neither I nor my wife wanted more. Extremely disappointing. Significant tartrate crystallisation present in each glass poured. Bottle stored in cellar between 12.4 and 13.8 C. I hope this was atypical of the production as I live only a few miles from SuA and would sooner be a positive advocate for a local producer.

Beautiful setting. Informative and interesting tour. Tour guides, friendly, humorous and knowledgable.Food good quality and quantity and lovely wines! All in all good value and great afternoon. Thoroughly recommend!

Went today as a gift. Beautiful, calm and peaceful place and John and Chris, our hosts, were very welcoming.

We learnt so much in a short space of time about growing vines and producing wine in the UK. The wine tasting at the end isn't rushed or an afterthought unlike some similar tours.

Recommend this hidden gem as somewhere to book and visit.

Wines are award winning...and the visit should be too!
