A wonderful peaceful park for mobile homes and caravans. only open to those who live there . It is situated close to the River Teign with walks up and down river at low tide

When I was small we as a family had our caravan based there, we enjoyed walking a long the river bank to the pub or to fish off the beach. We took our cat and dog with us, walking to the farm house to buy our bread,milk, papers etc. When we were there a portable fish and chip van would come there once maybe twice a week. Driving into Teignmouth and over the bridge to Sheldon, then walking through the smugglers tunnel to get to a lovely beach. Teignmouth if you knew where to go you could buy freshly caught and cooked shell fish and then eat it with a cocktail stick on the beach. While the tidy was out going cockelling taking them back to the caravan to cook and eat while looking out at the river. Beautiful

We love having our caravan there, nice community, nice setting. No amenities other than a "laundry" and we like that, helps keep the site fees lower. Great location next to the estuary and close to Teignmouth
