A lovely family owned and run vineyard, with very tasty wines and the most gorgeous wine tasting setting in the heart of the vineyard. Simply stunning …
We didn’t book in advance and were a walk-in but the owners were very accommodating, and we had a great experience.
Highly recommend the cheeseboard of local cheeses and chutneys to go with the wine tasting.
Very reasonably priced too.
There are a couple of vineyards in the area within walking distance and it’s a wonderful way to spend a day sampling local wines and enjoying the stunning scenery.

We visited Wayfarer Wines today for the Wine Cheese and Charcuterie Tour and Tasting. We were so impresses with the whole experience. We will be back. The experience started with a tour of the vines where we met Matt the Vineyard Manager. It was such a pleasure to speak with someone who is so passionate and knowledgeable about the vines. I had no idea so much went into the vines.
From there we moved indoors to be presented with an amazing selection of Cheese, Charcuteries, Chutney, Crackers and mini gherkins. We couldn’t believe it was all for us. Karen slowly talked us through the different wines that they produce. Every glass was a pleasure on the palate. I would highly recommend a visit.

We had a fantastic stop at Wayfarer Wines on a wine tour last weekend. Such a gorgeous family winery in a stunning countryside setting. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. We tried multiple wines and can say they were truly scrumptious. It was hard not to buy them all! Ended up choosing the Pilgrims way Pinot Gris and Hedgerow Rosé. Even got to meet their winery pup a springer spaniel called Maple! Highly recommend the winery and the wines. Will be ordering more wines from the website in future.
Thanks again 😊

Four of us joined Karen at Wayfarer Wines on a beautiful afternoon to taste the fragrant and delicate produce of this vineyard that specialises in still English wines. I heard words such as elderflower, apple, pear, grapefruit to describe the bacchus, pinot gris, rose and pinot noire to name a few. The photo shows the beautiful Kent countryside where the grapes grow to make these wonderful still wines. Another surprise was tasting an award winning Brighton Blue semi soft creamy blue cheese produced by High Weald dairy in Sussex. An all round delightful experience.

Lovely family winery! We had a very pleasant time with wine tasting in May Bank Holiday, enjoyed the different variety of wines. Wish we could have met Maples 🙂

We visited Wayfarer Wines in Woodchurch as part of a Wine Tours of Kent private tour. They are a small artisan producer and they only do still wines but they were the highest quality wines of the day, so much so we bought a case! The wines will really help to put English still wine on the map for quality!
We were brilliantly looked after and had a really interesting conversation about their vineyard, their production and the styles of wine they are choosing to make. This visit was most definitely the highlight of our day.
We were offered a cold board of local charcuterie and cheese with bread to accompany our tasting which was a really nice touch and definitely an 'extra'.
Thank you Wayfarer Wines for a brilliant tasting - we recommend everyone to go there if you like high quality wine.

A really lovely place. Went for a tasting and they are a passionate, family run business. The best bit is, the wines are really good. They specialise in still wines, which is rare for England, but they do them damn well. I highly recommend!
