Seriously can not thank Nick enough for yesterday, our coffee machine had blown mid service which lead to us having to shut early he got to us within the hour, we knew we needed an upgraded coffee machine he fitted a new machine and grinder for us a couple hours later and I have to say how smart it looks! Thank you all it is massively appreciated❤️

Waves is my favourite UK coffee blend. When I see that a cafe is serving Waves coffee, I know that I won’t be disappointed. It has a smooth, slightly chocolatey taste and, because it’s not bitter, I can enjoy it with less sugar than I would need with other blends. At home I often use a cafetiere for ease and I still get a pretty great tasting coffee with Waves, even without 9 bars. On top of fantastic coffee, their customer service is brilliant. There was a problem with my order, caused by a mistake at my end but Nicole at Waves sorted it. I recommend Waves coffee 100%.

Absolutely amazing coffee from a previous non coffee drinker, this coffee certainly changed that, but not only is it the best coffee the owners are the most loveliest people you will come across, genuine, helpful, kind and all round brilliant people! Nothing is too much trouble with them and their customer service is outstanding! Also their hot chocolate is to die for! Knocks the others out of the park! Well worth a stock of their amazing products! I highly recommend to everyone!

I recently sampled the Waves teabags and they were amazing. I'm really fussy when it comes to tea and it takes a lot to sway me from my favourite Yorkshire Tea, but these did not disappoint! I'll definitely be ordering some more.
