Shocking service!
Order placed for a dinner party and recieved confirmation of delivery on the morning it was due. Then I recieved a phone call later the same morning saying they hadnt put it on the van so I would not be recieving it after all. Wish I had read the other reviews before placing my order.
Completely let down, I would suggest giving this company a wide birth!

Terrible service - don't depend on them.

I had a large veg order scheduled for a family dinner and was excited as there looked to be a great selection of fresh veggies.

When the delivery arrived - 90% of the order was missing with no possibility of arrival that day. I called and was told it was rescheduled for the very first thing the following morning (I confirmed with them and that I needed them by noon at the absolute latest).

The morning slot came and went with no delivery, and when I called again I was told that 'due to a miscommunication' the delivery was wrongly scheduled for an evening slot, not the morning slot I was promised.

This means the delivery is useless to me and I had to make alternative arrangements last minute.

Very disappointed - I know to avoid this supplier in the future. Both customer service agents and the delivery driver were lovely, but there are clearly issues going on with the supplier for them to be this unreliable.

Last year was not the best place to work, I don't know how is the situation at the moment.

If to ask me if I will buy something from this company - Never!!!
Was some moments when we packed products without gloves or we was in need to not respect another hygienic rules, because our team-leaders don't mind about this (sometimes).
