My oak WaterRower has been quite a talking point with my friends and family. It is so much more than just a piece of fitness equipment. Great design and quality manufacture on a range of beautifully finished woods, so it looks good in use or stored upright. I particularly love the feel and sound of the paddles through the water.

The whole experience of buying from this company was excellent.
Staff (Nathan and Russell) were courteous, professional, very helpful and accommodating. They gave me the confidence that they were well informed about their products and I felt there was a good assessment of customer needs to find the right product. I was given as much time as I wanted to try out all the equipment, and to see the whole range without pressure or upselling.

The WaterRower arrived at the end of last week. It was purchased through Gym Marine Yachts & Interiors, (although I have no connection with the yachting world). The WaterRower which I purchased, (the WaterRower Classic S4), is outstanding.

The workmanship is superb and it is so easy to put together; even I managed to assemble it, (with some guidance from our son). If you want a piece of equipment for the home or the gym which stands out for appearance and quality, then this is the item for you.

The rowing machine comes with clear instructions and videos can be viewed online; it could hardly be easier to erect. There is a 5-year warranty so clearly the manufacturers and the sellers have confidence in the product, as I have too.

I have had my WaterRower for a number of years now. Arguably one of the best purchases I have ever made.
Replicates the feeling of rowing with the soothing sound of the water in the tank. Easy to use and easy to store. Looks amazing in my front room.
From my first telephone enquiry, through to any help that I have needed the customer service has been brilliant. Friendly, knowledgeable staff always happy to help. Would highly recommended.

Firstly, if it was possible to leave a review minus any stars then I would.

The Waterrower purchased from this company some years ago began to leak. It took months to obtain a quote on what was needed to repair the item. The Cost: cost to return faulty parts £95.00, cost of repair over £220.00, cost of return £60.00. Total repair costs £375.00.

I've had to chaise the company regarding the return of the repaired parts (four weeks). Informed on Monday items would be dispatched Tuesday - however, Waterrower only sent payment request Thursday, three days after promised shipment date and obviously the company will not ship until paid.

Customer service is the worst I have come across in a long time - also get the feeling that as a company they're really not interested.

I picked up a secondhand WaterRower for my partner that needed a refurb. The customer service department in London for getting parts to me in time for Christmas were absolutely excellent..top draw! The machine itself is a wonderful piece of classic design that will last for years and easy to service. One of the best looking pieces of furniture in our house!

Can’t thank the waterrower team enough. I bought a new tank and had difficulty in setting it up. Had to send back with all the relevant parts. The technicians put a new clutch and monitor and assembled the whole thing and did not want to take any payment for it. I can’t believe in our day and age there is a company that is so humane and generous.

Excellent build quality, attractive to look at, quiet, comfortable to sit on and a joy to use. My only criticism is that the accuracy of the monitor is not great. Sometimes it reads a ridiculously high Strokes Per Minute (37+) when you are just warming up and can take 30 seconds to a minute to settle down to a more realistic value. Plus when you start speeding up it can take 20 - 30 seconds to adjust the display to the new speed. Pretty sure this could be fixed with a firmware update. However, this is not worth taking a star off because it is such a great piece of kit.
