It’s not often I leave reviews for a company but I thought the service here was outstanding and merited my doing so. The products are delicious and very well packaged. Ordered a selection of them and asked if they could be packaged together. What arrived was a beautiful box with loads of red tissue paper and all the products within – a perfectly presented gift. No extra charge for that and all done with quick delivery the week before Christmas. Thank you.

I tried to order these dates from Fenwicks but the order was cancelled as they were out of stock. I was pleased to find I could purchase these direct from Walnut Tree. The website was easy to use and the package arrived quickly. They were also nicely packaged in their own little gift bags. If they taste as nice as they look I will definitely be purchasing again.

The chocolate Gingers are excellent. Dried fruits selection box bought for Christmas present is attractively packaged. Delivery by Yodel was poor - large box left on the front doorstep in the rain, in full view. The driver did not ring the door bell or knock. The "delivered" e-mail stated "package left in front porch" - there is no porch.
