Truly, just a terrible experience. They’re so obsessed with preventing theft, you can’t actually buy anything without inconveniencing yourself so thoroughly I may as well just shop online or drive to another store. I see the greeters carefully pouring over and scouring the receipt of someone who bought three items. What a way to make shoppers feel unwelcome.

Not to mention, in order to buy a $3 bike patch kit, I need to hunt down an employee to open this case for me. Of course the call button doesn’t work. They can install an expensive glass case, but can’t make a button function. If you managed to hunt down an employee, you can’t actually take your items to the register. The employee (who is helping three different people at once, since they seem to be the only employee in the entire back half of the store) is required to walk you all the way to the register. I have other things I wanted to buy What if I need multiple things out of multiple cases? The employee needs to follow me around? Or am I only allowed to buy one item at a time?

I gave up. It’s literally easier just to shop at target instead. They don’t treat me like a criminal for wanting to fix my bike, or daring to leave the store with my purchases. And I can actually purchase items, instead of having to do a really irritating song and dance to get my hands on a $3 product.

Oh, and I couldn’t even figure out how to make this complaint in store.

Don’t know why anyone would shop here when target is a block away. Save your time.

Stopped in for some fishing supplies and Walmart has pretty good selection not the best but a pretty darn good one. Hunting area was fully stocked sporting goods you could just about to do all of your shopping in this place.
From banking to vision center to bakery, two home goods, they have everything. The restrooms were clean and up-to-date. Their parking lot was covered or you could also choose the upper floor, which is not covered in case you had a higher vehicle.

Watch the prices on the items. I looked on line, when I went to buy, it was more. In this economy, people #1 complaint is the price of everything. The greedy of corporate America is the real issue, not the president. Imagine the money they steal with false prices vs prices at the register

This store management is closing the store before the time in google making customers lose their time and trip here. I love Walmart and it’s great, just these people are messing this store up and customers. Please Walmart check this out

The clothing selection is good. But I don't care if others steal from you. My wife and I won't and my wife shouldn't have to come out of the dressing room to show me how her bra fits because their dressing room attendant won't let me go in there with her. Even to help her with her bra. Take note of how many clothes in and how many clothes come out. Simple as that. It's not hard to do your job and I don't appreciate being looked at like I am doing something wrong.

Not even a sign posted.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. What is the purpose of letting the store know you're on the way for your pick up order if it's not going to be ready by the time you get there. I've sat and waited for 5-10 max at other locations. But to wait at least 45 minutes for my pick up order is stupid. Watching 5 employees "help" load one car that could easily be done by one person. They assist one car at a time which is ridiculous for a bigger Walmart. Their system seems very unorganized. Go elsewhere for pick up

I placed a 1 hour photo pickup over two weeks ago in the store. After not hearing anything back, not receiving a text or email when the pick up day past. I tried calling the photo center, I’ve called over 20 times and haven’t been able to reach the photo center once. I’ve called customer service 3 times this week and each time I’m placed on a 20+ minute hold until they just hang up.

This statement is regarding the Walmart on Hope near downtown Salt Lake City. First, since the pandemic there is an 85% chance any phone calls to the store will not be answered. A day or two after Halloween we bought a very inexpensive mobile phone to use while we sought out and bought equipment to transfer data from our unusable Samsung with a broken touch screen. This new phone is not smart and we had a couple questions as we hadn't seen the like in many years. The Associate in electronics was less than helpful but directed us to set up the phone "at home." No info on SIM status was coming from her. To make it worse we wanted a prepay situation and she rang up the prepay card along with the phone. We get home to set it up and although she said the SIM was "automatic" we guess she meant electronic...there it was---inserted into the phone already. I chatted with the phone manufacturer who told me the prepay card was not activated and he said she scanned it for payment but did not activate it (another step). I purchased another activation plan while on the chat and the phone became usable. I used it to call this Walmart and no one was available. It just rang--and rang. I wanted to smooth the way for a refund of the invalid month of prepaid service but nevermind. I guess I can wing it when I go there. Two days later I tried to call again and no luck in multiple departments or with reaching the operator. Oh well....fun times going back there await.
