Well laid out, spacious and a great selection. Staff were very helpful on many occasions and kindly offered a shopping voucher for something that was my fault as I bought the wrong product. Very happy with their friendly professional service.

Well laid out store. Nice and clean. Friendly / helpful staff ,
Has a cafe (we didn’t use so not sure what it’s like) and has customers toilets too.

Quality products and great variety. The staff is polite and helpful while the shop has wide aisles giving a feeling of space.
A pleasant shopping experience but you'll know why at the till when it's time to pay!
Service and quality don't come cheap, as we all know...

A good experience overall, only thing that I find a bit odd is how sometimes the person at the till might talk to one of the customers as they pay, for as long as 5 minutes whilst you are right there waiting to be served. Good thing is I use the express check out when I am in a hurry.

Very over zealous security guard! Felt quite intimidating walking around having someone virtually in your pocket.

Aside from him and his frail masculinity, the place is great and well located.

Lots of produce and a large amount of staff should you find the need to speak to someone in regards to products.

Right by the canal and lots of parking.

Publicly toilet as well which is great.

Coffee machine broken. They got rid of 2nd & 3rd machine a while ago. No free coffee from cafe “because it is a separate business” and “they don’t offer takeaway”.

Good store, fully stocked in stuff, but why open 30 mins before the actual open time and hold us in till 10am to properly check out? People have business to do and so do I!!
