We purchased a 6x8 Apollo with toughened glass in November 2023.

The purchase process was smooth and the installation by the official fitters was second to none.

Having moved to our forever home this year, my wife was looking forward to having a full year of gardening and now her dream has come true.

The added extras of the downpipe kit and auto vents were great additions and we can’t wait to get started.

Would recommend our Vitavia experience to anyone.

Well, what great greenhouses these are...
....I bought the large 11500 with double doors; it is powder coated in dark green and I took the option of the bar capping (plastic sliders that "creak" into place around the glazing) as I had gone for the toughened glass.

Everything arrived on time with a very helpful delivery guy who unloaded everything where I wanted it.

I then spent two very enjoyable days in "Meccano mode" building the sides and gable ends as well as putting on the glazing rubber.

Myself and two friends then fastened everything together on the base that I had built from sleepers and glazed it in a day.

Vitavia suggest the build takes two people two days - I personally felt that with the heavy toughened glass panels it was better with three of us whilst doing the roof. Other than that; the instructions were clear and everything went smoothly.

Fantastic greenhouse, very solid build and strong materials. Went together perfectly with every part fitting exactly as it should. Glass went in like a dream and the clips are strong yet easy to use. No missing parts, in fact plenty of spare bolts, nuts, clips and rubber seal left over. Well done Vitavia for not scrimping.
Outstanding customer service, amazing response times and help immediately hand on the one occasion we got a bit stuck.
I am useless when it comes to DIY and anything practical and my wife and I put this together in three days with no problems.
I couldn't recommend this company or this product highly enough.
I would also say that the delivery was reliable and the driver was helpful and efficient.

Circular greenhouse purchased and erected late in 2023. First the good points:
1. Excellent website, speedy and helpful response to any queries, both before and after purchase.
2. Greenhouse is attractive and roomy. Perhaps not the cheapest but overall good value for money.
3. Very quick to replace (foc) fixings that I managed to snap off (see below).

One or two drawbacks:
1. Nearly forty years of greenhouse use convinces me that the most significant of these is the lack of adequate ventilation. Even with both louvered vents fully open at floor level the temperature on a warm sunny day easily reaches 30-35 degs C, which is far too hot for seedlings and young plants. Opening the sliding door - if I'm around - helps to reduce this but what is required here is at least one opening roof panel, and preferably the type with automatic opener. I have recently painted on temporary greenhouse screening (messy job). This helps but this should not really be necessary, and it does not enhance the appearance of this otherwise attractive greenhouse.
2. The fixings are of poor quality and are very easy to snap.
3. The construction diagrams could be clearer.

Overall the test in these cases is - would I buy it knowing what I know now? Probably not, in view of the significant ventilation problem. Full marks, though, for Vitavia's faultless customer service.

Really nice products (Venus 6200 was my purchase) at a very good price. All fits together lovely. The customer services people have been particularly helpful in resolving a couple of queries from an inexperienced greenhouse builder such as me!

Love this greenhouse!! It was really easy to put together, with step-by-step instructions, and the delivery driver ensured that all the bits were safely stored, as not to break.

The structure itself is sturdy and secure, so no worrying about it being blown over in high winds.

This has provided a brilliant solution for a small garden and would highly recommend! Thanks Vitavia!
