VERY GOOD cake and design! Fluffy, moist and reasonably sweet to the just-right level! We ordered cupcake set to replace birthday cake. All kids love it for the taste and design!

Not so many selections as a first time customer but service is excellent and the guy is very helpful and friendly. I bought 2 cakes, 2 more slices. Black forest is lovely. No options for dietary requirements for gluten and vegan ones.

The cake was absolutely stunning, and the price was extremely reasonable! Looks like it came straight out of Pinterest 😍. I accidentally booked the wrong pick-up date, but they were so helpful and were able to change it straight away.

The only negative is that the dark pink cream was a little bitter, but that may have been because of the type of food colouring used. But other than that, the cake was just as good as how it looked.

Really bad experience. I was told by a member of the staff that a message can be written on the top of the cake. Instead the cake came with a piece of paper on the top, when I saw it I asked the lady pastry chef (really non polite and with dirty clothes) if she could write a message on the cake as arranged when I ordered it in the shop, not just a piece of paper. She replied it can't be writen as has to be done with black chocolate and your cake has already a chocolate topping so won't be visible. I asked her if it's possible to write it in white chocolate but she replied that she doesn't use white chocolate in the shop.
Moreover the cake is full of cream inside, almost no sponge at all, and it's dry, the cream is supposed to taste chocolate, but it doesn't really taste chocolate only sugar.
When I removed the paper (please see picture) it left a mark on the top, and the cake didn't look tidy at all because of obvious reasons. It's a nonsense to put a piece of paper on the top of the cake.What a joke of pastry chef.
I was excited to try their cakes but it won't happen again.

I ordered a wedding cake on my special day and the cake was so lovely and stunning. The decoration i wanted for my cake they made it beyond my expectation, absolutely gorgeous!
