I was surprised and pleased when I first tried Verjuice. It is so versatile as I have found out. Not only can you make a very refreshing nonalcoholic cocktail but so much more. I have used it in a french dressing which you must try and it is great for a marinade when you are having a bbq or put it in the roasting dish when you are roasting a chicken and then make a lovely gravy with the juices.I think it is great to have something new on the market and made locally! As a recent convert to verjuice I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone yet to try it. Verjuice is a thoroughly versatile product not only used to add depth of flavour to a meal in place of white wine, it's great for marinating white meats and vegetarian dishes and works really well in as an alcohol free drink. We now use Verjuice in around 80%-90% of the main meals we make and we've seen there are an increasing range of recipes on Verjuice.com if you need some inspiration. This product is a must have in any kitchen! Not only does Verjuice add a load of flavour to an array of meals, it can be used to make delicious non alcoholic cocktails and drinks. I couldn't recommend it enough. The company also has a brilliant Instagram that portrays the many ways that Verjuice can be used, along with stunning photos of the English vineyard and of course the sheep!

Product that actually makes my cooking taste good!!!
This product has been a great addition to my kitchen, not only is it great in food but can be used to make some pretty great non alcoholic cocktails too!
Ordering was super easy, customer service has been great answering any questions I have, product delivered fast can't ask for much more. I recommend checking out the recipe page on their website too for ideas on how to use the product if you're not familiar, the recipes are super tasty. Definitely recommend.

Needed to find a source of Verjus to make non-alcoholic cocktails. Was pleased to discover a local source. Product is excellent and I have bought a couple of times already. THIS PRODUCT IS A GAME CHANGER! It's unreal as an alternative to adding vinegar or white wine in cooking which means more of the wine I have, is for me! Also great to use as a non alc drink as it still delivers that punchy white wine flavour but without the alcohol so perfect for a night out if you're driving.

Ordered online and Tony was extremely helpful. There was a mix-up regarding shipping leading to the product being sent to the wrong address, however after calling Tony he immediately worked out what happened and had a new order sent with next day delivery to the right address with no extra charge. My new go to ingredient. Verjuice is a wonderful alternative to lemons, limes and less acidic than vinegar. Also great for a non-alcoholic tipple with tonic or sparkling water. Try it!
