I recently got married and had never previously worked with Vaughan's Kitchen, however as a fellow local supplier in the wedding and events industry, I knew when I came across them that I really wanted to either work alongside them or have them cater my wedding, and the opportunity for them to cater my wedding came first.

They were such a fantastic catering company to work with and my husband and I received so many compliments about the food, the service and the energy these guys brought to our day.

As a wedding designer and coordinator, I did everything I could in advance to ensure our suppliers had everything they needed on the day and what was amazing about Vaughan's Kitchen is I knew from the post-ceremony drinks to the final placement of the cheese board, they had everything under control, which was a huge load off my mind and enabled us (me in particularly) to sit back, relax and soak it all in.

Not only this, but the level to which Peter curated our wedding menu around my husband and I was incredible, honestly, it was a little piece of us and we loved every bite!

I highly recommend Vaughan's Kitchen, a truly fantastic catering company!

A huge thank you to Vaughan's Kitchen, we loved them from the first moment during our initial consultation and knew we'd met someone special. We could tell Peter (head chef/owner) understood us as a couple, the food we love, our eco-conscious ethos, and we especially loved the fact he really embraced where we are both from and the places we love to travel.

We were so excited when we read our menu for the first time, he absolutely nailed it, incorporating foods influenced from Spain, Somerset and Ireland, 3 places we hold very close to our hearts.

When it came to our wedding day, honestly every plate was empty it was wonderful to see. Our guests raved about the food and loved getting involved in our dessert building competition, haha! This idea went down so well with our guests, it was hilarious to watch!

Another really lovely touch was Peter addressing our family and friends ahead of every meal and explained each course, it was brilliant and really well received!

We can't recommend Vaughan's Kitchen enough, definitely get in touch if you're looking for something a little bit different and fun!

Thank you to Peter and Phillippa for a fabulous afternoon for our team building event. There was lots of fun had by everyone and the style and organisation of the event meant that all of our team could join in and enjoy the afternoon no matter their level of skill or experience in the kitchen. The demonstration was clear and enthusiastic and the food was delicious - including our efforts with the assistance of Peter. If you are looking for a hands on, fun team building experience, I cannot recommend Vaughan's highly enough!

Vaughan’s were outstanding throughout our wedding and we couldn’t have imagined using anyone else. Peter, Jurgita and the Vaughan's team were all forces of nature working their magic behind the scenes and everything went off without a hitch.

Peter's creativity, vision, and cheffing talent brought to life our vision of an ‘around the world’ feast that incorporated Middle-Eastern, Mexican, Spanish, and Caribbean foods so perfectly. Meanwhile Jurgita's incredible organisational skills and wealth of catering experience ensured everything flowed smoothly and professionally from start to finish. Her calming words to me - a very nervous bride - on the wedding morning were very much appreciated!

Not many wedding parties can say that the chef stole the show at the wedding but Peter’s charisma in introducing the courses and organising our secret dessert challenge really elevated the experience for everyone. All the guests commented how fantastic the food was and how much they enjoyed creating their own "showstopper" cakes.

We cannot recommend Vaughans highly enough. At every stage they strived to go above and beyond and they truly excel at their craft. We will be sure to visit to do a cooking class soon!

I like to update skills and learn what's new, so so took myself off Vaughans' Indian Street Food class on Thursday 4th October 2024 in the hope of spicing up the winter food dishes. Chef Peter Vaughan has great skills and knowledge to share. The food was aromatic, a feast for the eye and great taste too. Food class was easy to follow and plenty of help on hand if you got stuck. Spicing up means heating up!

What a blast!! Fantastic, sociable, fun and very educational. Really enjoyed our Morrocan evening. Learnt new skills in a fun and relaxed atmosphere and the food was sensational. Would definitely recommend. I dare you to try and not have a fantastic time. At the end of the evening you all sit together with a glass of wine/beer and enjoy some of your delicious food ?

Super informative, fun and enjoyable session for gluten free baking. Great to try so many techniques, hands on and practical support from Judy Dain. I particularly liked making, and eating,(!) our choux pastry with cream/chocolate efforts. A real hit at home too. Definitely expanded my repetoire!

Birthday celebrations made superb by Vaughan's Kitchen.

Vaughan's Kitchen professionally provided catering for my birthday celebrations at Arundells in Salisbury.
A great vegetarian menu was crafted by Peter and on the night the whole team took charge and everything went to plan.
Highly recommended.
