Been using vatan for many years, recently been having issues with the quality of the doner, made a complaint and returned the doner today then received a call from them and the guy on the phone karem or something said if we dont keep todays doner we shouldnt order from them anymore. I use to take 8 x 30kg lamb doner every week, and have been for 10+ years.

I wont be using this company no more.

Buying from Vatan means wasting your money
I’ve been telling them for 6 month to send a good quality Doner each time we had a problem last two deliveries Doner was RED (never seen ) and most of the time it’s just oil what a waste of money

The most disgusting doner we have ever tested. After the first slice we decided to not sell, the smell comes from that meat put the person off standing Infront of it. Our opinion hygien inspection necessary for this business. No label on the product so who knows what was is in there as ingredients. Complaint made to few different person in that company for get the refund and return the doner. We ignored, we felt like ripped off by food supply scammers. Steer clear not professional service, horrible doner!!

Company let down by forklift driver who is preoccupied with other stuff between unloading pallets and on phone when driving about. Long wait to count each pallet of the same item. 40 boxes on each pallet… simples
