What a wonderful company to do business with. My order took only 2 days from ordering to delivery.. Fantastic.. I was pleasantly surprised to find everything inside the box was wrapped in good old fashioned brown paper, even the invoice and instructions are printed on brown paper. Dealing with Urban cottage industries is very easy and a far better experience than the local faceless diy store.. Well done all involved.

Very on-the-ball company with great products- I had placed a small order but had chosen the wrong cable which when packing they noticed wasn’t compatible with the ceiling rose I had Ordered. They called to check if I had mistakenly chosen the cable and were very flexible about substituting it for the right one. Only the kind of thing a caring independent business would catch

I ordered couple of quite pricy light bulbs from Urban Cottage. The package arrived day after the order was placed. Unfortunately one of the bulbs was all broken inside. I phoned them and explained everything. Without one additional question I was offered replacement, which arrived next day!!
Excellent customer service, outstanding, professional approach to the client! Very helpful on the phone!! They don't send you away to their web- they help on the spot!!!
