We've been coming here for a few months. This review is focused more on the evening service, but I have nothing but good things to say about the coffee, sweet and savoury foods you can try in the day . The evening wine (or cocktail) service is fairly new and we love it. This is what Apsley has needed. It's super friendly, a nice selection of wine , that changes every time we visit. The charcuterie board goes nicely with a glass! highly recommend, oh and they do beer too if wine isn't your thing.

Union Coffee is a fantastic addition to Apsley—exactly what the area needed! The coffee is rich and flavourful, and their selection of pastries and cakes is impressive. But what truly sets them apart is the warm, welcoming team who make every visit a pleasure. We’ve made it a Sunday tradition, and it’s genuinely improved our weekends. Highly recommend!

Been here quite a few times now and thought it was teething problems at first.

The shop itself is beautiful and the main highlights are the beautiful food and stunning astoria storm coffee machine....but the coffee is well below the standard. Coffee shots aren't being prepared properly, causing off tastes.

Service and food are a big thumbs up from me , great staff, and great food products on offer.

just needs some more training on coffee with staff...

Muy rico todo, gracias! We ordered a sourdough loaf, quiche, bagels and cinnamon rolls, incredible, great quality and very tasty! We especially recommend the quiche!! Thanks again!

The gentlemen who work the wine bar at night are the most welcoming and friendly people I have ever met. I have been here 2 Fridays in a row and will continue to visit! 100% recommend to anyone!!!

My No 1 favourite coffee shop in the area! Coffee and food is delicious and I love the ambience of both the new indoor area and outside seating area right next to the marina and canal. Highly recommend!

There is so much to love about this place, drinks and cakes are very good - I’m yet to try their new range of toasties but they smell delightful. It’s also added a lovely buzz to the marina.

Unfortunately, the service is very slow, I initially thought this was due to them opening the shop but it’s not improved with time. The last three times I’ve been in there someone has either asked for a refund or said they’d have to leave it, because they couldn’t wait for their takeout drink.
