We ordered food for seven people but couldn't finish it all due to the generous portions. The food was incredibly tasty, fresh, and flavorful, with well-balanced seasoning. My wife booked Adi and his team to provide a barbecue for my 50th Birthday. They travelled from Northampton to West Sussex, arriving well before guests and set themselves up. A couple of hours later and around forty guests had a selection of spit roasted pig, chicken, lamb, Mici, sausages, potatoes, vegetables and bread rolls. They cooked everything with love and perfectly on a charcoal barbecue and kept the food warm in a large hot oven. The rain came but everything was covered with their own gazebo. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and everyone said how good it was and complemented the two guys that cooked it. I would highly recommend UK Protap’s catering services again in the future and if I’m in Northampton may stop by at their restaurant. Many thanks Adi and keep doing what you’re doing, your barbecues are fantastic. Hope you like the photos I’ve attached.
