Simply terrible! Iplaced an order online, the order hasnt been dispatched after nearly a month, they dont respond to emails and there's no contact number. Avoid them at all costs.

If there was a choice to give 0 stars i would my order hasn't been delivered no response via email no phone number very unhappy ex customer i want my money back

Meat was delivered 4days late when we no longer needed it. Upon opening a bag the following day (stored in the fridge at the correct temperature), the smell was horrendous, obviously had gone off (use by date was 4 days away).

Customer service has advised meat can smell when you first open the bag. This was not a slight smell, the whole house smelt of rotten chicken.

No apology, no assistance, nothing. Very disappointed.

Bad customer service and bad deliveries. Other food has been fine. Would not recommend.

Update 20200523 - After complaining on their Facebook page they have refunded the cost of the meat that had gone off. I've increased the review stars to 4 as I'm glad they took it seriously. It wasn't the cost of the food but their attitude. I'm really glad someone in their Customer Service area took this seriously. Everyone makes mistakes, it how you rectify it.
