A wonderful few days at the Twin Oaks. A warm welcome from Helen on arrival set the scene for our short stay. Our room was spotless, the bed linen luxurious and the bed was the most comfortable ever (apart from home!). We 3 couples had free run of the lounge/dining area at all times of the day. The breakfast menu was extensive and plenty of it. We will definitely return and I can confidently recommend Twin Oaks to anyone visiting the New Forest.

Comfortable, clean, welcoming and a cracking good breakfast.
This really is a great value place to stay, very convenient for the New Forest.
It's just off the M27, but we didn't notice any road noise, so slept well.
The bathroom was quite small in our room, but clean & functional.
Oh, and the chickens are fun.

What a lovely find. We stayed for one night as a family whilst visiting the area for a wedding down the road. It's a lovely building with bed rooms on the first floor only. Meaning this would not be a suitable place to stay for anyone who was not able to climb and descend stairs. The ground floor is the dining area and small lounge and the private space for the owners. We had Maple and Birch rooms. These rooms are next to each other and set off the main corridor by a sliding door. Each room had its own toilet and shower. The rooms were big enough for what we needed. The shower room in maple room was slightly small. Fully functional though and the addition of some shower gel, soap and shampoo was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and had tea/coffee making and a small telly (which we didn't make use of). In birch was a bunk bed with just enough room to get dressed next to and a slightly more roomy shower room and toilet.
There was free parking available at the front of the property for residents use.
The rooms were a little warm. This would be expected of this type of building, but fans were provided in the rooms that helped a little. The service was friendly and the owner was lovely. We had breakfast in the morning which we pre booked the evening before. The choice was good and I would imagine that nothing would have been too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious and locally sourced. There was a convenient pub/restaurant across the road. That served Indian food and grill. I would stay here again. It is a great base location to explore the south coast and new forest areas.

Stayed here overnight 27th Sep 24, fantastic guest house, very clean, Helen is friendly and inviting, comfortable beds, lovely room (chestnut), breakfast was nicely cooked and plentiful. Couldn't grumble about anything, would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay for one night at Twin Oaks Guest House, prefer family run stays and Helen was a perfect host, cosy room and great bed, slept really well, super breakfast and just simply a very comfortable stay, thank you both. Certainly recommend.

Stayed here for the night before our cruise. Family run, and Helen is most welcoming. Great breakfast to set you up. The pub across the road does some great food. Used the cruise Taxi service which went without a hitch. Have booked again and Twin oaks comes highly recommended.

Stopped here overnight before a cruise. Rooms are great and nice comfy bed. Cooked breakfast cooked fresh to order and delicious. Will definitely use again...
