I would wholeheartedly advise clients from using this company. I ordered a few items a couple of years ago. They then reordered an item last year, without our knowledge nor advisement or intention via email. I emailed and telephoned them to return the unwanted items AND cancel any further or future products. 2024 unbelievably another order!!! Yes we should have cancelled it with the bank, but you tend to trust someone who verbally says they will do something. Pity, because the product is okay. Avoid is my advice.

Ordered some liverwort pills and after taking just 2 found a very severe reaction in my throat.

Reported this to the company and they not only didn't care but also informed me that I would need to continue purchasing their product for the next 3 months as that is their min order for subscription.

Absolutely disgraceful company - clearly trying to lock people into subscriptions by being very vague and opaque about their policy.

Also terrible they would insist on enforcing after someone has told them they have had a very serious reaction from it. The reply was a copy and paste email and looked like they hadn't even bothered to read it

Whatever you do DON’T take out a subscription with this company. They ignore your requests to cancel them, make it difficult to navigate their site to cancel subscriptions and generally do not reply to any requests to confirm in writing they have complied with your requests. Customer service in this supposed health and wellbeing company is nonexistent and unacceptable.

Negative First impresssion. Actual bag not sealed therefore all capsules loose in the outer bag. One was actually stuck to the glue strip of packet which hadn't been closed correctly .
Whoever packed this clearly has no QC experience & is extremely lax / in a rush . Won't be ordering again. & don't blame Royal Mail as I order 100s of vitamins/ supplements & this has never happened.

I cannot understand the 1 star ratings. I’ve used their products for years and have never experienced them hassling me to purchase or ever been subscribed without my express permission as in some comments. Yes, perhaps a couple of products haven't suited me particularly but surely that’s normal with any brand, you find what suits you but it’s certainly not the products that don’t work. The products I have used have changed my health and helped given me a better lifestyle and I applaud TFCH for creating them without which my health could well have deteriorated. Thank you TFCH for your splendid products and hard work getting them to us. Always prompt and exactly on time.
