We have been a customer for over 10 years.
The service is outstanding! We own multiple businesses and my only regret is that they can’t supply our southern sites as logistically they don’t cover that area.
Kate my rep is the best I have never met anyone as willing as this lady to help….. she has made our time as a customer easy and always gone way above and beyond.

Turner Price has become too unreliable. Stock levels are unbelievably poor and are getting worse to the point we're more often than not we end up ordering from elsewhere so we are now we're ditching them. Orders are not being delivered in good time, and rude, argumentative staff when you have to call because the website is down.
What used to be one of the best, has unfortunately become one of the worst. Pull yourselves together and listen to your customers complaints otherwise you WILL end up going under!

I am absolutely delighted with the Click and Collect service from Turner Price. I have used them twice since the lock down and was able to get all my baking needs and other items unavailable from the Supermarket Click and Collect/Delivery service. Some of the prices were higher but I knew this before I paid and was just happy to get the items. The staff are so lovely, putting the items in my boot so I do not have to leave my car and chatting away as they did so. This communication was particularly nice during this lonely period. I would continue to use them after the lock down is over if possible.

What an absolute lifesaver of a company. At this present time amid the Covid-19 crisis we are trying to shield a vulnerable member of our family, however as online shopping delivery slots from the usual supermarkets were becoming none existent and virtual queues on websites were frustrating we knew we needed to find an equally safe alternative.
Turner Price for us is that alternative. Using an easy to navigate website our order was placed for click and collect the next day. A quick print out of the order confirmation and we were ready. Upon collecting the goods the member of staff was lovely. We did not have to get out of our vehicle, we did not have to wait and we showed the confirmation and payment card at the window of our car and all our goods were loaded into the boot and away we went.
We felt safe and protected by this company. But the best thing, the quality of the food is amazing, we have been enjoying the most delicious strawberries that we have had in a long time.
Thank you to Turner Price you truly are a lifesaver in these difficult times.

I have found Turner Price a god send during these strange times that we're in! I've been able to order most of the normal shopping items needed for my family and I. I've found some items a bit cheaper but some slightly more expensive than the supermarkets. I've found it worth paying a bit extra to not have to go and stand in queues that are miles long! It is quick and easy to place your order online, you pick a collection time to suit you and then you pull up with your order number ready at the collection point and the (very friendly and pleasant) staff load your order into the boot of your vehicle. Completey non-contact and no waiting around in massive queues! Fantastic and very efficient service and I hope it will continue after the lockdown period ends.

Been using Turner Price's collection service for a range of products every few weeks and we have absolutely no complaints. The organisation and service are excellent whilst maintaining social distancing. They have been very responsive to customer feedback regarding products and smaller household quantities. We have been very grateful for the provision offered by this local company. Well done guys ?.

The food is disgusting. My mum in a care home and she and other residents won't eat it . All the goodness has gone out of it . The soup is horrible . All cheap muck . No wonder residents are hungry and losing weight cos of the food .. All frozen food horrible . Every day rubbish food .
