Just as usual on delivery run, the staff were okay but sad looking, shop rather cramped and tight but clean and colourful. Tight road, double yellow and narrow gate if you are delivery man.

The 👏🏻best👏🏻sausages👏🏻 in UK.

We ordered several, our favourites were the Welsh Dragon, beef and horseradish, Lincolnshire and Cumberland, French onion but the Boar and Apple were the greatest of all time.

All the sausages are packed with flavour, they know how to flavour. The texture and casing are perfect, they are moist, with perfect meat ratio, ideal breakfast, butty or BBQ sausage.

We recently did an East of England sausage trail and found this butcher's back in October '24.

We speak from experience, we travel around the UK and Europe in our campervan, and have eaten a lot of sausages. From Ballymena, to Balmoral (the actual royal warranted butcher that supplies Balmoral). T&S Thomas are the best sausages we have tasted.

They said they spent 5 hours cooking the onions down in beef dripping for the French Onion sausages.

They cook up so beautifully too.

Also, on the service, we called before we went to check what flavour sausages they had, and it was no trouble at all to explain over the phone, on the day we went in there was a queue out the door but service was so friendly and helpful. Keep it up. Service and quality.

Best butchers in town. Good quality meats, delicious pre-seasoned choices, and great service. The guys here are knowledgeable and friendly, and the shop has decent prices to match the quality. Chris is always so helpful and has lovely suggestions. Definitely give them a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic food. We got some mince which made the best Lasagne I have ever had. Also got some lamb which was marvelous. Will be going back this Saturday to get more food.

Tim, Chris and the rest of the team have done a sterling job supplying everyone with their meat during this trying time. Not only supplying the meat which, is outstanding, but delivering too. Working all hours to make sure the residents of Godmanchester have what they need and want.
