Hi. Truffles in Henfield made a birthday cake for us recently. It was beautiful. No leftovers. We called soon after to thank the friendly staff, and purchase more of their beautiful produce. Again no leftovers. We'll done Truffles. Would definitely recommend.

Nice, fresh food as you'd expect from a chain. But gosh, the staff could possibly smile and be a bit more welcoming. The male (manager?) didn't even reply to me when I said hello upon entering, but stood there staring at me whilst i was deciding what to buy- in an empty shop! I'll stick to the post house cafe from now on

I ordered 3 baguettes and 1 sandwich, which for a bakery is not a large order. The woman at the counter proceeded to roll her eyes and huff and puff at the audacity of our order. The man came out of the kitchen rolling his eyes because of the volume of food and the complexity of no butter in one!
Whatever happened to service with a smile?!
They have zero customer service skills.
I would not recommend.
