Right from my first contact with Tristram, I was impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, and the clarity he offered in terms of timeframes etc. He visited the site quickly and prepared a quote which was extremely clear. I was dealing with Tristram remotely and he kept in touch, giving information about the work in progress, photos of the tree being taken down, and necessary updates about when he would be on site (for example, we had a problem with high winds that delayed the work, but Tristram dealt with this perfectly). He even went around my neighbours to tell them what was going on, and that there would be noise. I couldn’t have hoped for better service and I’ll definitely be using Tristram in the future, and recommending him to others in the area.

TristramTree Tree Care Services tackled several projects for us; a large elm tree which came down during a storm was cut into more manageable segments for splitting purposes and the shaping of two large Yew trees and two Viburnum required a lot of attention. Great communication throughout, fair price, punctual and ultimately we were very pleased with the results.

Tristram is a consummate professional and I wouldn't hesitate to call on his services in the future should the need arise.

We called Tristram to cut back a lime tree and a Forsythia shrub.We didn't really know what we wanted, except to keep the tree. Tristram came out and was able to give us several options on a quote. He was very knowledgable and his recommendations were clear and thorough. Us, knowing nothing about lime trees felt reassured that pollarding was the way to go. We were happy with the quote and went ahead with the work. Great communication and and excellent job done. Very pleasant and left the garden in perfect order. Would highly recommend and use again in future.
